How we protect your data
Your home is one of your most personal records. Here's exactly what we do to keep it safe.
Encrypted at every step
Every document, ID, and record is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Even our own systems can't read your files without the proper authorization.
We only collect what's necessary
We never ask for your Social Security Number, full ID number, or financial account information. Identity verification uses your name only — nothing else is stored.
Auto-deletion built in
Verification documents (your ID) are automatically deleted within 90 days of approval. You can request deletion of any data at any time from your account settings.
Only you can access your home
Your records are tied to your verified account. Even after sharing access with a contractor or family member, you control what they see and can revoke access at any time.
Built on AWS
Home Pro runs on Amazon Web Services — the same secure infrastructure trusted by banks, hospitals, and the U.S. government. Our data is stored in encrypted databases with automated backups and audit logging.

What we'll never do
- Sell your data to third parties
